INSPIRE | The Tulsa Ballet "Signature Series"

I had the honor to collaborate with The Tulsa Ballet for a behind the scenes look of their "Signature Series" performance. Tulsa Ballet is closing out their 60th Anniversary Season with a triple bill featuring some of Artistic Director Marcello Angelini’s favorite works. The performance took place at The Lorton Performance Center at The University of Tulsa on Thursday, May 11th.

It was such an incredible experience getting to see the dancers prep for their performance, go backstage and see the costumes up close, and talk with the many talented people that make The Tulsa Ballet the powerhouse that it is.

Here are some highlights from the evening.

"Signature Series" features 3 works-

- A Million Kisses to My Skin by David Dawson
- Cripple and the Starfish by Adam Hougland
- Cacti by Alexander Ekman

The performances were brilliant. A Million Kisses to My Skin starts the evening off right as Cripple and the Starfish pulls on your heart strings. Lastly, Cacti will keep you on your feet and entertain you visually.

"Signature Series" runs from May 11th-14th. To see the show, buy your tickets at https://tulsaballet.org/signature-series-2/ and use this promo code LETSDANCE for $10 off any level price!

Please go see it. Tulsa is so fortunate to have such an amazingly talented ballet company!
